Recently I had a great opportinity to arrange a therrukkoothu at Kalpakkam Township through NESCO. My friend Mr.Vezhavendhan, Cultural Secretary of Nesco approched me for a different programme. I suggested Purisai Kannappa Sambantha Thambiram team to perform Therukoothu Programme. He accepted and we approched them. Finally on 06 August 2009 they performed "Thugil Vasthirabaranam" for two hours. It was amazing. I took nearly 70 photographs from Makeup to Vanakkam. Here some of the photos for your visual.
